• Having expansive of many geographical areas allowing me to share information about the values, school districts, neighborhoods, and social life, to help you weigh the advantages and disadvantages of different communities.
• Preparing Comparable Market Analysis for the use of buying and selling homes.
• Working on behalf of you while negotiating offers.
• Utilizing my network of connections, which include other real estate agents, appraisers, mortgage loan officers, home inspectors as well as buyers and sellers.

Biography

I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

I lived in Squirrel Hill for 22 years before relocating to Fox Chapel for over 25 years

I attended Penn State University where I majored in Industrial Psychology and Business

I worked for Bacharach Inc. as a Senior Customer Service Representative before my promotion to Market Analyst for the Combustion and Environmental Product Line.

I became a stay at home mother for 11 years and during that time I volunteered as a lunch room monitor and classroom volunteer

I was employed by the Community College of Allegheny County North Campus as an Instructional Aide for the Certified Nursing Assistant Program.

I attended CCAC Real Estate Program and earned 4.0 GPA

My daughter was raised in the Fox Chapel Area and attended O’Hara Elementary, Dorseyville Middle School and graduated from Fox Chapel High School where she member of the National Honor Society.
